Ok, so let me explain everything:
Main goal was to make everything easier, fast and realiable. Easy access, easy management and everything without my help.
For this are used virtual desktops. Every admin with it's own desktop.
Imagine admins of server ABC and XYZ.
Admin would login with name ABC and his password and next admin with XYZ....
After login they will see their own desktop + files and wouldn't see files of another server for security.
Simple idea but things do not go well as expected. Before I started I warned that it can take a bit longer but I didn't expect random problems.
So I started:
Reinstalled Archlinux on Windows Server 2007, set up everything and hosted servers. One server was loosing connection and reconnecting, the other one was crashing. Couldn't resolve the problem. Tried recompiled servers, different ports etc. Tried to compile my test server (it worked, idk why). So it looked like problem with server files.
When I couldn't resolve problem, reinstalled OS on Windows 7 Ultimate, set up everything, tried different ports, again recompiled files.... Still same errors.
So I tried different computer, different OS, this time it was Manjaro with plasma desktop, nothing, same error. Next Manjaro xfce, same errors, same testings.
Next I tried Ubuntu, same result, next Ubuntu Server, same....
Next it was another computer, this time main computer, very powerfull, Windows 10, newest updates.... same errors, same steps in resolving problems.
Dismounted one router, problems with firmware, connected new one, same problems.
So I went back, installed ArchLinux, set up emulators, tested, nothing.
I was mad on everything on every piece of router in home. I'm working with mikrotik and other devices and saw RB450G router on the internet for a good price. So I thought that it will be great to make one reliable device that will manage all network and other devices will just forward packets.
Today it arrived, configured and I was happy that it is working
Then I tried one more time to host servers and they didn't crash.
So the problem was in hardware or firmware failure. Even when everything looked well, set up correctly, it wasn't. Manufacturers are lazy as me and do not want to fix their glitched hardware. They rather discontinue product and create new one with higher price.
Sorry for any mistakes in this post, I just wrote it fast and wanted you inform that I worked on it. Just didn't have much time and ideas how to fix it.
I do not think that there is anyone who would try:
Manjaro plasma
Manjaro XFCE (only different window manager and version of kernel)
Ubuntu
Ubuntu Server
AtchLinux
Windows Server 2007
Windows 7 Ultimate
Windos 10
to test it
Later maybe I will create virtual desktops. Just not now. When it works I will not touch it again for now.
One more sorry for you.
